Ho Ho Ho Collection Cards (Merry Xmas No. 1)

Today I finally had time to play with one of my new embossing folders from the Ho Ho Ho Collection. This one is called Merry Christmas. (CO723271).

I made 3 cards using this folder. For my first one, I used purple card from one of the Super Assortment pads. After embossing, I sanded it with the Couture Creations sanding block. It's a bit hard to see in this photo, but I edged the frame in silver Glitz' N' Glamour and added some crystal gemstones to the centres of some of the ornaments.

I tied a knot in the middle of a piece of white tulle to make a bow and added it to the card with some 3L Dods. This purple card front was adhered to a piece of white card, then to a purple folded card.

This card was pretty quick to make. (I tend to "fiddle-faddle" a lot with my cards!:) )
